Setting up non-GMail Email on Android Phones (POP Email)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL VARY SLIGHTLY FROM PHONE TO PHONE, BUT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO GET YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS.

1) Open the MAIL App
    If you don't see it, open the Apps Menu (Usually looks like )
    Click the Search icon
    and type MAIL and it should appear, Click on it.

2) Click the MENU button on the bottom of your phone

3) Click on MORE then ACCOUNTS LIST

4) Click NEW ACCOUNT

5) Click OTHER (POP3/IMAP)

6) Enter your Email Address and Password then click NEXT

7) The Next Screen should show POP, your email address, your username (which is also your email address), password.

8) Change the POP SERVER to show mail.yourwebsitename.com (e.g. mail.ineedbob.com )

9) Click NEXT

10) After the account is verified, you will see the OUTGOING SERVER SETTINGS

11) Change the SMTP SERVER to the same as in step 8 (mail.yourwebsitename.com)

12) Change the SERVER PORT from 25 to 587 and click NEXT

13) Your Done!
