Setup email account in Outlook or Watch Instruction Video
Outlook 2003/2007/2010: 1) Click TOOLS then EMAIL ACCOUNTS 2) Choose to ADD or create a NEW account 3) Choose POP as your email type, or click MANUALLY CONFIGURE and click NEXT
Click on the MORE button and go to the OUTGOING SERVER tab and check the box for MY OUTGOING SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION Click on the ADVANCED tab and change the OUTGOING port from 25 to 587 Check the Box to Delete Mail From Server then set it for 2 days (recommended so that cell phones if used can also retrieve the email) Save these settings.
