Why did I get a message that I am approaching a resource limit?

Your website/email accounts have a limited amount of space which is determined by the plan you are on. It could be a single email account that is reaching or past the limit or the entire hosting account. This will be stated in the email you received.

What you can do:

If its just a single email account:

1) If using Outlook, check to make sure your not leaving all the mail on the server.
In Outlook 2003/2007: Click TOOLS > EMAIL ACCOUNTS > PROPERTIES > SERVER TAB then check the box to DELETE MAIL FROM SERVER and specify either immediately or after 1-2 days.
(You might want it set for 1-2 days if you also check your mail on a cell phone or from another computer)
In Outlook 2010/2013 click on the Top Left then ACCOUNT SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Double Click your Account > MORE SETTINGS > ADVANCED TAB then check the box to DELETE MAIL FROM SERVER and specify either immediately or after 1-2 days.
(You might want it set for 1-2 days if you also check your mail on a cell phone or from another computer)

2) Log into your control panel an increase the size limit of the mailbox based on your website package size limit.
You can do this by going to www.INeedBob.com and click on CP-LOGIN, log in to your control panel, click on EMAIL and there you can see the size limit for each mailbox. Click on the Size to change it.

If the problem is your total account storage limit:

1) You can purchase more space (Package prices are shown at http://www.ineedbob.net/hosting/ ). You can tell which package you are on by logging into your control panel and on the left your space allotment is shown. Then contact us to upgrade your package at CONTACT

2) You can reduce the space used by some of your email accounts by following Step 1 above to reduce the amount of email left on the server if you use outlook or logging into your webmail and deleting old email.

3) Delete old email accounts that are no longer used.
