Adjusting your spam filtering settings
(For Computer Solutions hosted websites only)

Changing Global Anti Spam Settings:

1) Log into your computer panel at www.ineedbob.com/menu
2) Click on E-MAIL
3) To adjust settings for all users click on the Anti-spam icon which looks like this:
Click to edit AntiSpam preferences preferences applied to mail resources
4) You Can Change the Spam Check Level from Permissive to Aggressive to filter out more spam.
Remember: The more aggressive the level, the more spam it will catch but the more likely some
good emails will be flagged as spam.
5) Under Spam Processing you can choose what happens to the Spam Emails.
That can be automatically Deleted or Marked As Spam in which case you will still receive them
but they will have ****SPAM**** in the subject so they can be clearly identified and/or deleted.
6) The MaxScore Level is a higher security option that will delete anything it catches as spam regardless
of the Spam Check Level settings.  We recommend keeping this set to "Loose" so only the very obvious
or offensive spam will be deleted immediately.
7) Whitelist are a list of people that will never be marked as spam, no matter what they send you.
You can put johndoe@planetearth.com and that sender will never be blocked.
You can also put an entire domain, such as *@thewhitehouse.com so that anyone from @thewhitehouse.com
   will never be blocked.
8) Blacklisted address will Always be blocked/deleted, so if you don't want mail from viagra@viagra.com then
you can list them here. BE CAREFUL not to put things such as *@gmail.com or Anyone sending from
    Google Mail would be blocked.
9) Click SUBMIT on the bottom when done.
