Setting up gmail to receive your Computer Solutions email is easy. It will allow all your incoming mail to be received in your GMail account and when you Send email it will appear as if its from your Computer Solutions hosted website/email instead of GMail.
1. Contact us and let us know which email account you want to setup and what your GMail address it. We will set it to forward all incoming mail to that GMail account
2. In Gmail go to the GEAR at the Top Right then click on SETTINGS
3. Click on ACCOUNTS AND IMPORT
4. Under SEND MAIL AS, click ADD ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS
5. Enter your Computer Solutions hosted email address and click NEXT
6. Enter the following:
SMTP SERVER: mail.ineedbob.com PORT: 465
USERNAME: your email address (e.g. john@johnwebsite.com)
PASSWORDL your password
7. Click ADD ACCOUNT
8. A code will be send to your email (might come into your old account or your gmail, depending if we have setup the forwarding yet). Enter that code to Verify and your all done.
